In My Own Words: We are all called to evangelize.

Evangelizing means sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with your words, actions, and presence. You don’t have to be a theologian or preacher. You have to love Jesus and want others to know Him as well. Here’s a simple roadmap for how to evangelize today:

🔹 1. Start with Prayer
Before you speak to others about Jesus, talk to Jesus about them.
Ask the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom, courage, and compassion.
🕊️ “Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel.” —Ephesians 6:19

🔹 2. Live Your Faith Authentically
Your actions often speak louder than your words. People notice:
How you handle suffering
How you treat others
How you forgive
Let your life raise the question: What gives this person hope?
🌟 “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” —Matthew 5:16

🔹 3. Share Your Story
You don’t need to know every doctrine. Simply share with others what God has done in your life.
How has He helped you through struggles?
How did you come to believe?
Why do you follow Jesus?
✨ “Always be ready to explain to anyone who asks you for a reason for your hope.” —1 Peter 3:15

🔹 4. Invite, Don’t Force
Invite someone to:
Mass or a parish event
A small group or Bible study
Pray with you during a tough time
Talk over coffee about faith
🤝 Evangelization is not coercion; it’s an invitation rooted in love.

🔹 5. Know the Message
Learn the basics of the Gospel:
We are created out of love
Sin separates us from God
Jesus came to restore us
Through Him, we are saved
We are called to follow and share this love
📖 “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” —Mark 16:15

🔹 6. Use Modern Tools
Share Scripture or testimonies on social media
Send a podcast, video, or article to a friend
Write or speak about what matters to you, with God’s truth at the center

In Short:
Pray. Love. Live the faith. Speak with gentleness. Invite. Trust God to do the rest.
